This role requires me to be a principal contact throughout a customer's journey. I’m committed to building a mutually beneficial relationship for all clients, built on values and respect, often making positive adjustments and flexible appointments to assist in any way possible. At Compass, daily tasks see me leveraging the platform's state-of-the-art technologies and educating clients on tools and programs, providing day-to-day support. With every new client, I go above and beyond, making recommendations on Marketing strategies from an outside perspective.
Among a growing list of achievements during my time at Compass, I’ve helped onboard many agents. In turn, providing them with unparalleled support and care to drive a successful partnership with Compass. Ultimately, however, I am most proud of my assistance in launching Compass in Hawaii—a now household name throughout the state.

Some personal fun facts: My naturally caring nature influences my presence inside and outside the office. I’ll frequently volunteer at Sibling Loss Grief Groups, and Pet Rescue Organizations in my spare time.
A true ‘foodie’, when I'm not sharing my time you’ll find me embarking on a culinary adventure trying new recipes and flavor combinations. My taste for adventure takes me away from my regular palate, as I aspire to travel around the globe, trying new dishes and experiencing new, and exciting things.

As a local Maui resident since 1988 and a real estate agent since 1993, Dave has developed an extensive knowledge of this beautiful island, its diverse climates, and topographies, and also of the special types of communities around the island.
